Returning items you have purchased online
Items purchased on our website can be returned for a refund under our refund policy. (This is not our normal in-store policy)
If you wish to return the item you have purchase you must notify us with 7 days of receiving your item.
Diffusion will not refund the cost of postage unless the items we have sent are incorrect or are damaged when we have sent them to you.
For your own protection when returning any items to us, we suggest you use a signed for service. We will not accept responsibility for any items which have been lost in the post being sent from you to us.
The original receipt must be enclosed with the package.
